Watching a New Item
From any item listing page, just below the main description box, and just above the "More Items from" this seller section, click on the blue "WATCH THIS ITEM" button to add an item to your list of watched items:

From the top of any page on Hip, click on the "Watching" link at the very top of the header.

From the Watching page (Members Area > Buying > Buyer Tools > Watching):

How to Add Watched Items to Your Cart in Bulk:
From your Watching page, select the items you want to be added to your cart then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the Add to Cart button.
